Sarah is the founder of Innately. She is a highly experienced senior executive coach, team coach and leadership consultant. Helping leaders meet the challenge of demanding jobs, significant change and personal growth is her passion. When not working, she can be found running on the Sussex Downs & coast.
Sarah is based in London / Brighton and delivers her work worldwide.
Experience
Sarah brings more than 20 years experience in designing and delivering bespoke leadership programmes, supporting clients through change and developing the capacity of senior leaders and teams.
Starting her career in financial services, she has held senior leadership roles inside global corporates, been self-employed, consulted and helped many ambitious clients in diverse sectors towards their growth goals. She has global experience of delivering large development and change programmes across many countries, leading business results and change in complex, demanding and diverse environments.
